Who we are

OneRide is a zero-commission ride-hailing platform for auto-rickshaw drivers and passengers, built and operated by Asli One Global Private Limited. OneRide is currently launching in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with plans to expand across Tamil Nadu and other South Indian cities.

What makes us different

• Zero commission on fares. The passenger pays the driver directly via UPI. OneRide does not take a cut of the fare.
• Flat platform fee only. We charge a single ₹5 booking fee per ride to cover platform support, technology and administration — nothing more.
• Driver welfare first. Every registered driver holds a mandatory insurance subscription (starting at ₹50/day) — funding vehicle insurance, personal accident cover, family health cover, legal support and an emergency cash loan programme.
• Transparent fares. Base fare ₹50 minimum, per-km rate as per the Tamil Nadu government tariff. A peak hour surcharge applies during high-demand windows and is disclosed on the booking screen before the passenger confirms.

Our mission

Auto-rickshaw drivers are among the hardest-working small-business owners in urban India. Traditional ride-hailing apps extract a 20–30% commission on every fare, squeezing margins that are already thin. OneRide removes that commission entirely and replaces it with a transparent ₹5 platform fee charged to the passenger. The driver keeps 100% of the fare.

Alongside this, our optional insurance and welfare programmes — subscribed to directly by the driver — give auto-rickshaw partners the safety net that informal-sector workers have historically been denied.

Who we serve

• Passengers — clean, safe, fairly-priced auto-rickshaw rides in Chennai and (soon) across Tamil Nadu.
• Auto-rickshaw drivers — a commission-free earning platform with optional insurance, legal support, and driver welfare programmes.
• Small parcel senders — sub-5 kg parcel delivery on existing passenger autos (OneRide Parcel), on the same platform.

Where we operate

Pilot launch: Chennai (including Tambaram, T. Nagar, Velachery, Adyar, Chromepet, Chengalpattu).
Planned rollout: Tamil Nadu state-wide, then Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
