1. Auto-rickshaw Ride (Passenger)
On-demand auto-rickshaw booking in Chennai. The passenger pays the driver directly via UPI or cash. OneRide does not take any commission on the fare itself.

2. OneRide Parcel (Sub-5 kg)
Small-package delivery using the same auto-rickshaw fleet. Intended for personal parcels (documents, tiffin, light packages) up to 5 kg. Not for commercial goods.

3. Driver Insurance Subscription (mandatory for all drivers)
Every registered OneRide driver must hold an active insurance subscription to operate on the platform. The minimum subscription is ₹50/day (Plan 1 — Vehicle Insurance); higher tiers add personal accident and family health cover. Premium is collected by Asli One Global Private Limited via secure weekly auto-debit through a certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

- Day 1–30: FREE (no subscription charge)
- Day 31 onwards: premium auto-debited via secure mandate. Launch-phase cadence is weekly; transitions to daily auto-debit once our expanded payment infrastructure is activated.
- Coverage activation: 90 days after the first successful payment
4. Driver Welfare & Benefits (for subscribed drivers)
OneRide isn't just a ride platform — it's a full welfare ecosystem for auto-rickshaw drivers and their families, funded by the insurance subscription premium pool. Benefits are rolled out in phases as the driver base scales.
- Emergency Cash Loan (zero interest) — if your vehicle is seized by the RTO / police or needs urgent repair, OneRide lends you ₹2,000–₹10,000 (based on tenure on the platform) with zero interest. Disbursed instantly to your registered bank account. Repaid in small daily installments added to your subscription debit.

Education Fee Support (school & college) — interest-free loan up to
₹10,000 per year for your children's school OR college fees, available after 1 year of active
insurance subscription. Disbursed directly to the school/college (preferred) or to your bank.
Repaid via small daily installments over 6–12 months.
Girl-child incentive: if the loan is taken for a daughter's education and you complete full repayment without any missed or delayed installments, OneRide refunds 50% of the loan amount back to you at the end of the repayment term. Effectively a 50% scholarship — our way of rewarding discipline and actively encouraging girl-child education. - Sports & Academic Sponsorship for outstanding kids — if a driver's child shows outstanding performance in sports or academics (school/district/state level recognition, sports academy selection, top ranks in board exams), OneRide sponsors their coaching fee, sports academy fee, competition travel, or academic tuition. Application reviewed by the OneRide education committee with proof of achievement.
- Family & Student Support (in-kind) — opt-in programme for drivers who share basic family details. OneRide provides notebooks, uniforms, textbooks and book fees for the drivers' school-going children at the start of each academic year. Funded from the welfare pool.
- Document Renewal Service — OneRide staff handle Fitness Certificate, vehicle insurance renewal, Driving Licence renewal and Permit renewal on your behalf. Flat service fee of ₹500 (paid to the broker / RTO office) with no markup. No more standing in line at the RTO.
- Legal Support — in-app SOS Legal button, encrypted document vault (AES-256), help with unjust traffic fines, accident-scene legal aid, insurance claim assistance, and a legal helpline manned by partnered advocates. You're never alone when you're on the road.
- Driver Care Calls — dedicated care agents proactively call every driver once every two weeks just to check in — on your well-being, any issues on the platform, family situation, or feedback. Escalation path for any serious concerns.
- Safe Driver Program (sobriety rewards) — drivers who maintain a clean record (no alcohol complaints, 4.5+ rating, zero incidents) climb badge tiers: Safe (3 mo) → Trusted (6 mo) → Star (1 yr) → Champion (2 yr). Rewards scale up: visible profile badge, priority ride matching, monthly cash bonus ₹500–₹2,000, and at Champion tier the insurance premium (up to ₹99/day) is fully covered by OneRide. Champion tier also unlocks 75% girl-child education refund.
- Mutual Respect & two-way rating — both passengers and drivers rate each other after every ride. Behaviour tags and auto-enforced consequences protect the good actors on both sides. Drivers are not helpless against abusive or disrespectful passengers.
- Driver Guidelines & daily reminders — simple cleanliness and conduct standards (uniform neatness, AC/meter functioning, polite address) shown as daily reminders in-app. Contributes to tenure bonus eligibility.
5. Social programmes (long-term vision)
Beyond driver welfare, Asli One Global Private Limited is committed to long-term social investment in the same communities it serves:
- Toll-gate Women & Children Rehab to Employment — in partnership with NGOs, OneRide's long-term vision is to rehabilitate women and children who currently beg at Chennai toll gates, provide them training, and employ them in OneRide's customer-care and support operations. Planned for Phase 5+ as revenues scale.
6. Payment & Billing
- Ride fares are paid passenger → driver directly (UPI or cash). OneRide does not touch fare money.
- The ₹5 booking fee is paid by the passenger to Asli One Global Private Limited via our certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Driver insurance premium is debited from the driver's registered bank account / UPI via a secure auto-debit mandate. Launch cadence is weekly; transitions to daily auto-debit once our expanded payment infrastructure is activated.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST where charged to the end customer.
7. Tax
OneRide does not collect or remit GST on the auto-rickshaw ride fare itself — the fare is a direct driver-to-passenger transaction, not a supply by Asli One Global Private Limited. GST is charged only on amounts where Asli One Global Private Limited is the supplier (₹5 booking fee, insurance facilitation margin, parcel booking fee). Full invoice breakdown is issued on every ride receipt inside the app.
