Vendor terms

Stores on Zride contract with Asli One Global Private Limited (CIN U62011TN2026PTC190105, GSTIN 33ABFCA0187P1ZF), registered office 309/3, Yasmin Nagar, Vedhanarayanapuram, Ozhalur, Tirukalikundram, Kanchipuram 603111, Tamil Nadu, India. The full vendor agreement — licences (FSSAI, GSTIN, Drug Licence where applicable), order handling, fees, settlements and GST — is presented in the Zride Vendor app for acceptance when you sign in, and is available there at any time under Profile → Terms & Conditions.

Your duties as a seller on a marketplace

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, every store listed on Zride must:

• provide its legal name, address, contact details, GSTIN (where registered) and licence numbers, which Zride displays to customers;
• describe products accurately — no false or misleading claims, prices, images or reviews;
• show the total price including all taxes and charges before the order is placed;
• honour the refund, return and replacement terms shown on its store page and in the Vendor app;
• keep all licences current and comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 where they apply;
• not post content prohibited by section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Fees and GST

Zride's charges to vendors are set out in the Vendor app before you accept the agreement and are quoted inclusive of GST at 18%. A GST tax invoice for Zride's fees is available in the Vendor app each month. Payments from customers are collected through our RBI-authorised payment aggregator and settled to your registered Indian bank account on the schedule shown in the app.

Grievances

Raise any issue in the Vendor app (Help & Support), by WhatsApp at +91 81109 08008 or by email to support@zride.in. Complaints reach the Grievance Officer, Asli One Global Private Limited; you receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours and redressal within one month.

Our Privacy Policy and the general Terms of Service also apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai and Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
