In-app SOS, accident-scene legal aid, and a document-renewal service for FC, permit, DL and insurance — OneRide's team handles the paperwork for a flat ₹500 fee.
Vehicle seized? Urgent repair? Borrow ₹2,000–₹10,000 at 0% interest, recovered in tiny daily installments. No paperwork marathon — approved after a single seizure challan upload.
If your child shines in sports or academics — sports academy selection, state-level competition, top ranks — OneRide sponsors their coaching, academy fees, competition travel or tuition.
Clean record unlocks badges — Safe → Trusted → Star → Champion. Rewards scale from priority matching to ₹500–₹2,000 monthly bonus, and at Champion tier OneRide covers your entire insurance premium.
Real humans call every driver every two weeks — to check in on you, your family, and anything going on. Because a driver is never just a device ID to us.
Two-way rating protects drivers from abusive passengers just as much as it protects passengers from rude drivers. Behaviour tags feed into automatic platform enforcement.
A women passenger can request a women auto driver with a single tap at booking time. Same fare, same platform fee — just extra peace of mind. Women drivers get a full suite of safety tools on their side of the app.
Women passengers see a SheRide toggle on the booking screen. Enable it, declare the passenger count, and OneRide routes only to women drivers nearby.
SheRide costs exactly the same as a regular ride. No surcharge, no "safety tax". Safety should never be something women have to pay extra for.
If no women drivers are available nearby, the booking fails cleanly with a refund — we never silently match you to a male driver without your consent.
Each woman driver picks her operating hours (e.g. 6 AM – 8 PM). Ride requests outside her window don't even reach her phone.
Every SheRide driver has her live ride location shared with her registered emergency contacts — mandatory, never optional.
Care calls and SOS responses for women drivers are handled exclusively by OneRide's women care agents. Because some conversations need the right listener.
